Usually if there's a shipping problem, it's maybe delayed by a day. I also cannot recall ever having such problems from a shipping company other than Amazon Logistics and even those don't happen anymore as their problems likely stemmed from when they were still ramping up their courier service. I can't tell what's worse, one that it somehow getting updated being only 'In Transit' or the one that went dark suddenly.
